A Multi-Family Condominium Community

Botanica Condominium was an opportunity to reintroduce the Carriage House housing type to the luxury market of Sarasota as an alternative to single family and stacked garden apartments. Use of a French vernacular building theme offered an alternative to the increasingly ubiquitous Mediterranean style, and gave residents the benefit of a unique identity.
