This medical office property was
designed in a northern Italian style to present a comfortable,
non-institutional and timeless image.
The structure uses interior steel framing for economy and speed, yet the
exterior walls provide load–bearing support for the floors, roof, and wind
loads. The stair towers are pulled out
of their typical interior placement to allow uninterrupted interior floor space
for ease of tenanting, and to break down the exterior mass of the building.
